I Need.....

SLEEP! I am sooooo sleep deprived! Baby Z needs milk all the time.... LZ need me.... I need my sleep...

After my confinement nanny left, I have no one to help me take care of Baby Z. LZdaddy can only help me when he is back from work and I don't let my helper handle Baby Z at all.

My self-esteem is soooo low. At times, I don't think I can handle anymore... I feel so fat & ugly. But the moments I see LZ and Baby Z, I try my best and think it is all worth it.

It's very tiring, especially if you are breastfeeding. Hugs to you.

*HUGS* Remember - be positive and happy! :) Don't get too stressed up, you're doing a great job already!! Handling 3 kids is not easy job, try to relax and maybe can try to rope in your helper once in a while to handle baby Z? Take care!!

Hi LZmommy,

Listen to your body, if you need the rest, please take one. As you are home with the helper, i would say - let her learn to take care of Baby Z for a few hours while you have your sleep. Don't get PNB because of all the stress and tireness.

As for look, you are always a GEM in the eyes of your love one..so who else can judge you?

Share with you a classic quote from my hubby.: P

"You have a LIFETIME to take care of your baby, you must learn to let go a little once a while, so you can walk the journey ahead."

Take good care ya.

regards,
astee

oh girl! You are a survivor remember???
You survived LZ....
now its beanie... you can do it.
all you need is delegation whenever there is an extra hand... Baby Z, handle yourself. As for every other thing, delegate to helper dear.... delegate, when you have too high expectation of yourself, things go harewire dear... especially during such situations....

Maybe you could nap on the living room sofa, and have the helper carry/look after the little one. In that way, you get your rest, and your helper won't dare to do anything funny. But of course, you have to teach her how to carry the baby up from his carrier/bed/basket...
